Standard turnaround time
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days. During high volume periods, please allow up to 5 to 7 business days for processing.
Delivery times begin after your order has been processed and shipped. Carrier delays may occasionally affect delivery times.

Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Tracking information
Tracking information is sent by email or text message after your order has been shipped. Please provide a valid email address or phone number during checkout to receive your tracking number.
Shipping Protection & Delivery
Shipping Protection (Optional - Corso)
At checkout, customers may purchase optional shipping protection provided by our partner, Corso.
When purchased, protection covers packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.
Claims for protected shipments must be filed through Corso using the link provided in your order confirmation or shipping email.
Once approved, Corso will issue a replacement, refund, or store credit according to the protection terms.
We will provide reasonable assistance if you experience difficulty filing a claim.
Orders Without Shipping Protection
If shipping protection is declined, the order is shipped at the customer’s risk once it has been transferred to the carrier.
Packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier are considered fulfilled.
We are not responsible for loss or theft occurring after confirmed delivery.
Transit issues without protection must be reported within 72 hours of the delivery date or expected delivery date and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Replacement or refund is not guaranteed for uninsured shipments.
Customers may be required to cooperate with carrier investigations.
Delivery Confirmation
Delivery status is determined by the carrier’s tracking system. Once tracking indicates “delivered,” responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders that are:

Delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer

Returned to sender due to address errors

Undeliverable or unclaimed
Reshipping requires payment of new shipping fees.
Carrier Delays
We do not control carrier operations and cannot guarantee transit times. Shipping dates are estimates only.
Delays caused by weather, peak seasons, labor disruptions, or carrier errors do not qualify for refunds.
Missing packages
We primarily ship through USPS. If your package is missing, review the tracking information and contact the shipping carrier directly. You may also use the USPS Missing Mail search process when applicable.
If you purchased Shipping Protection, submit a reorder request through Corso.
Shipping costs
Original shipping costs are not refundable.
When returning an item, use a shipping method that includes tracking. You may also purchase shipping insurance for additional protection. Chemistry Soaps cannot guarantee receipt of a returned item that is shipped without tracking.
If Chemistry Soaps™ made an error with your order, we will correct the error at no additional cost to you.
