Personal-Care Products (Final Sale)
Personal-care products (including bath, body, cosmetic, and hygiene items) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged once shipped.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photo evidence so we can evaluate and resolve the issue. Claims submitted after this period may not be approved.
Opened or used products are not eligible for replacement or refund.
Accessories and Other Non Personal Care Items
Eligible accessories (such as soap dishes or branded merchandise) may be returned within 14 days of delivery if all conditions below are met:

Item is in the same condition as received

Proof of purchase is provided

Return authorization has been granted
Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Approved returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

Return Authorization Required
Do not send items back without prior approval.
Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to the sender at the sender’s expense.
Refund Processing
Once an approved return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days, minus any applicable restocking fees.
Financial institutions may require additional time to post the refund.
Fraud Prevention
We reserve the right to deny claims that appear fraudulent, abusive, or inconsistent with carrier records.
Accounts exhibiting repeated claims for lost, stolen, or damaged packages or excessive returns may be restricted from future purchases.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For eligible orders shipped to the European Union, customers may cancel or return an item within 14 days of delivery, subject to applicable law.
Sealed personal care and hygiene products are not eligible for return once the seal has been opened.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
